Boler & STEM Preview Day

Calling all high school students and families. Prepare to surprise the future at John Carroll University's Preview Day on Saturday, Nov. 6, 2021. 

Select from two focused tracks to learn more about JCU's award-winning STEM programs and the dual AACSB accredited Boler College of Business.

Career Services Events

 

John Carroll's Center for Career Services has been extremely active this fall, helping students prepare for their eventual professions with several events on campus. Their "Prepare Fair," "Meet the Recruiters Night," and "STEM Meet & Greets" have all been great opportunities for Blue Streaks to familiarize themselves with potential future employers and become comfortable in a business-like setting.

 

American College of Sports Medicine Initiative

 

The Exercise Science and Sports Studies program at John Carroll held events on the main quad from Oct. 6-8, encouraging students to participate in outdoor fitness activities as part of the American College of Sports Medicine Initiative. Jackie Zera, Associate Professor of Exercise Science at JCU, paved the way for the University's involvement in the initiative.

 

Outdoor Murphy Mass

 

On Wednesday, Oct. 23, Campus Ministry Outdoor Murphy Mass, which happens once each semester. The evening was capped off with catering from Swenson's. We're grateful to everyone who came together for this special evening.

 

Post-Graduate Volunteer Fair

 

Campus Ministry held its annual Post Graduate Volunteer Fair on Oct. 19. Over 20 service organizations were in attendance to show current students what their post-graduate options are if they are pursuing a career in the service of others.
