ITS TeamDynamix Client Portal

Coming Soon: New Ticketing System

ITS will be rolling out a brand new ticketing system on November 16, 2022. The new system, TeamDynamix, will include ticket/incident management and, as part of phase two of our implementation, Project Management. We are very excited to roll out not only the internal ticketing process but our brand-new self-service Client Portal. The client portal will include a Service Catalog, Knowledgebase articles, as well as more customize service request forms. All of these tools will greatly help ITS and the Service Desk to expedite resolutions for the JCU community.


JCU Duo Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)

Duo MFA utilizes an app installed on your smartphone (or text message or phone call) as an additional verification that you are in fact the person logging into your account.
