The cost of Reunion will vary based on the experience you choose. For non-class of ’72 alumni the early bird prices for reunion are:
Friday Evening Only (Includes dinner on Friday evening) - $35
Saturday Day Only (Includes Saturday Breakfast, Lunch and the President's Reception) - $95
Saturday All Day Package (Includes breakfast, lunch, President's Reception, and dinner on Saturday) - $190
Saturday Evening Only (Includes dinner on Saturday evening) - $95
Friday and Saturday Evenings Only (Includes Friday evening package, Saturday Mass and plated three course meal, late night food trucks, fireworks finale, and other entertainment) - $130
Friday & All Day Saturday Package (Includes all Friday & Saturday meals, and President's Reception) - $225
In order to attend events at Reunion you MUST purchase a reunion package for whatever experience you prefer. Additionally, you must be in possession of an official Reunion 2022 lanyard, which you'll receive at check in, signifying you're a registered guest.
Because we need to give our vendors some notice on attendance, registration there will be a registration deadline, which will be June 3.
Drink tickets will be available for purchase at Reunion for $5 per ticket. Non-alcoholic beverages will be available complimentary throughout the day.
On-campus housing will be available this year in Murphy Hall. Prices for staying on campus are $75 per person. Additionally, we've partnered with several local hotels to offer a JCU reunion rate for accommodations. View the full list of hotels here
For those arriving Friday, you can check in near the main quad between Dolan Hall and Rodman Hall. On Saturday, the registration early in the day will be in the same location as Friday before two registrations open ahead of the class dinners. For all non-class of ‘72 attendees, registration will be located at the Dolan Science Center, while the class of ‘72 can check in for their dinner at the LSC Conference Room.
We do not offer transportation throughout the weekend, however, if you choose, you may rent a car through Enterprise (there is a John Carroll rental rate available) Uber and Lyft are available in the Cleveland area, including to and from the airport. For those staying on campus, there will be staff operated golf carts to help guests get around throughout the weekend.
A discount is offered to JCU Alumni through Enterprise Rent-A-Car. Simply visit enterprise.com and ender the code: XZ39073 into the coupon, customer or corporate number box. Then enter JOH for the company pin number. From there you will be able to select a car of your liking.
Yes, the Bookstore will be open on Friday, June 10 from 9 am - 8 pm, Saturday, June 11 from 10 am - 8 pm and again on Sunday, June 12 from 10 am - 1 pm.
Dress for the weekend is resort casual or above. Depending on the experience you choose for Reunion weekend, your attire may change throughout the day. Please check the Cleveland forecast prior to packing, as the weather varies in June.
Reunion 2022 is family friendly, however there will be no child care provided this year. If you plan on having your children accompany you for the day you are responsible for them at all times.
The JCU Recreation Center will be open* for alumni and guests attending Reunion 2022. All attendees who wish to use the Recreation Center will need to sign a waiver, which will be available at the Rec Desk. The hours that the Recreation Center will be open are as follows:
- June 10: 8 a.m. - 6 p.m.
- June 11: 9 a.m. - 2 p.m.
- June 12: 12 - 5 p.m.
*Note: The JCU Swimming Pool will likely not be available to Reunion attendees.
