Actors From The London Stage (AFTLS) To Perform “The Winter’s Tale” at John Carroll University during Homecoming Weekend September 25-27 *** Kulas Auditorium *Tickets purchased online before September 16 will be offered at a special rate. University Heights, OH – After spellbinding performances of Othello (2004) and Hamlet (2006), Actors from the London Stage (AFTLS) will return to John Carroll University during “Homecoming Week 2008,” performing Shakespeare's play, The Winter's Tale, September 25, 26, and 27 in Kulas Auditorium at 7:30 p.m. With actors from the Royal Shakespeare Company, the Royal National Theatre of Great Britain, and Shakespeare’s Globe Theatre, AFTLS was developed 30 years ago by Professor Homer Swander and Patrick Stewart, the renowned British actor, best known as Captain Picard from “Star Trek.” *Please visit http://www.jcu.edu/english/winters_tale.htm to obtain general admission tickets online.
