Assistant Professor - Management, Marketing, and Supply Chain
Background
Before joining academia, Dr. Zeiser spent several years working in food distribution companies, helping to streamline processes and find efficiencies, and spent several years teaching high school chemistry. A native of Cleveland, Dr. Zeiser is thrilled to be back home. In class, Dr. Zeiser focuses on using real-world examples to represent abstract concepts. Most of Dr. Zeiser’s classes focus on how supply chains operate as part of larger systems.
Research
Dr. Zeiser’s research focuses on supply chain resilience. The study of helping firms respond to unexpected events. He focuses on working with partners from industry to ensure that research is both academically rigorous and relevant for practitioners.

Outside of John Carroll, Dr. Zeiser can be found spending time with wife (Megan), two daughters, or walking his Bernese Mountain Dog, Leo.
