Background

Dr. Bloom was a Professor of Accountancy at John Carroll University from 1986 to 2024. He is the author/co-author of more than 200 articles on accounting and finance in academic and professional journals, and he is the co-author or co-editor of nine books. He holds the following degrees: B.A. from Queens College, City University of New York; M.B.A. from Columbia University; Ph.D. New York University Stern School of Business.

Additional Information

Dr. Bloom has taught at various schools throughout the world. He taught at William and Mary, Rutgers University, Concordia University in Montreal, University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, Peking University in Beijing, Regents University London, , and the Zagreb School of Economics and Management in Croatia.
