Academic Success Center
Helping you make informed decisions and take full advantage of your academic opportunities through advising, connecting you to campus resources, and developing your academic skills.
Academic advising is central to the student experience at John Carroll. From summer orientation through the day you graduate, you’ll have the guidance of a dedicated advisor who knows you and your goals.
Advisors help with everything from registering for classes and exploring internships to connecting you with on- and off-campus resources, supporting your career development, and building an academic plan that fits your ambitions. Once you declare a major, you’ll be paired with a faculty advisor in your field of study, ensuring you receive personalized support every semester throughout your time at JCU.
What is the Academic Success Center?
The Academic Success Center is another key resource designed to help you thrive. The Academic Success Center connects students with a wide range of campus services, offers strategies for academic success, and partners with other support offices to ensure you have the tools to navigate college with confidence and reach your full potential.
