Policies & Participation Expectations
These guidelines help every student get the most from the week. Please review them together as a family.
Participation
Students must attend all scheduled sessions, including excursions. Off-campus trips are part of the curriculum and required unless we approve an exception in advance. Late arrivals and early departures aren't permitted except for documented emergencies. Independent off-campus time is not permitted. Neighborhood visits happen only with staff or trained student leaders.
Conduct & Community
We expect respectful conduct aligned with JCU values. Safety, inclusion, and collaboration are non-negotiables.
Technology & Media
Devices are welcome when they support learning. Recording in classrooms or residence halls requires permission.
Health & Accommodations
Share medical info and accommodations in your forms so we can plan support. Blue Streak Dining accommodates most dietary needs.
