Background
My ultimate goal as a counselor is to empower my clients. I use a flexible approach, believing every client has unique needs and circumstances. I strive to create a collaborative partnership where the client is the number one priority. I use several interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness techniques.
I earned my bachelor's degree from John Carroll University in political science and my master’s degree in social work from Cleveland State University. I am super excited and honored to be back on John Carroll’s campus. I especially love working with young people and college students.
I believe no one should feel alone in their mental health struggles. Therapy can be a wonderful place to sort out life’s difficulties and develop healthy coping skills. I am here to help you in your mental health journey.
