Background

I am currently an ACSM certified Clinical Exercise Physiologist working in Cardiopulmonary Rehab at UPMC. I attended JCU for my Bachelor's Degree and then attended the University of Pittsburgh to achieve my Master's Degree. I am so happy to be back working at JCU and getting the chance to pass my knowledge along to the next generation of exercise professionals.
