Background
Colleen Treml serves as JCU's General Counsel and Secretary of the Corporation.
The Office of Legal Affairs handles all aspects of legal services for JCU and provides advice to the Board of Directors, senior leaders, administrators and representatives.
The Office helps manage and prevent risk, represents the University in administrative and judicial proceedings, and is responsible for retaining and supervising outside legal counsel for JCU.
