Emily Dahnert
Administrative Assistant I
Background
Emily Dahnert (she/her) is the administrative assistant for the Department of Ancient and Modern Languages and Cultures (AMLC), the Department of English, and the Integrative Core Curriculum. Prior to joining John Carroll in December 2024, she spent two and a half years working in community development around Cleveland State and Cuyahoga Community College's campuses in downtown Cleveland as an AmeriCorps VISTA.
Emily particularly loves learning and growing alongside the awesome faculty, staff, and students at JCU. When not on campus, you can find her losing to her family at pickleball or board games, exploring her local library, or snuggling with her cat, Elijah.
