Background

I started working for JCU ITS in November 2017, before that, I worked for a government military contractor in the technical instruction field. Prior to this time, I lived and grew up in Central New York (on the shores of Lake Ontario) near Syracuse, NY.

  • Microsoft Intune
  • MS Entra ID
  • SCCM
  • VMware
  • SQL and PowerShell scripting.

Research Interests

Interdisciplinary programs, cognitive science and human computer interaction, along with neural network mapping and LLMs

Education

Dual Degree in Computer Science and Cognitive Science

Courses Taught

I offer 1 on 1 training sessions, but only on material pertaining to my current Systems Administration role. If you are a JCU student and would like to try out an entry role here at JCU ITS, please work with the JCU IT ServiceDesk, and apply within their student worker program.
