Background
Hi everyone! My name is John Moore, and I’m excited to support you as an Academic and Career Success Advisor here at John Carroll University. Prior to joining the JCU community, I worked in Residence Life at both Ohio University and Cleveland State University. I hold a Master of Science in College Student Personnel from Western Illinois University, and my passion is helping students navigate their academic goals and overall university experience.
Fun Fact: My journey didn't start in student affairs—my undergraduate degree is actually in Marine Science! I also spent a year living and working in Ireland. Whether you want to map out your degree, talk career strategy, or chat about marine life and travel, my door is always open.
