As a cost segregation engineer, analyzed over 350 commercial and industrial properties across the United States. Cost segregation is considered the most powerful tax tool available to commercial property owners.
Prior to joining Duffy & Duffy, designed and delivered specialized courses in investment in renewable energy and energy conservation strategies for commercial and residential business development. Designed and delivered courses in Solar PV including the North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners - PV Associate Exam Preparation and numerous specialized courses in basic solar, wind and energy efficiency strategies.
Served as full-time and part-time faculty with numerous universities and colleges in Northeast Ohio. Celebrating thirty years as faculty having delivered over three hundred courses with specialization in finance and economics. Taught undergraduate, graduate and Executive MBA courses.
