Background

This is my fourth semester teaching as a lab instructor.

I have 2 sons, 19 and 21. Jack is a junior at OSU and Charlie is a sophomore at the University of Kentucky. They both play Division one rugby.

My husband and I meet our senior year at BGSU. We have been together since 1989! We married in 1999. We also have four cats and a dog.

My FT job is sports medicine. I am the Senior Head AT at Saint Ignatius High School and I work through University Hospitals. I have been an AT for over 33 years.

I have been an adjunct professor at JCU for 2 years.

Education

I went to Grade school right across the street at Gesu. I attended Beaumont School for girls and graduated in 1986. I received my Bachelor's in Sports Medicine and Athletic Training from BGSU in 1990. I have had my Ohio license in Athletic Training since 1992.

I later went back and took the AT to PTA transition program at Kent State and have had my Ohio PTA license since 2014.

4 years ago I received my MHA. My Masters of Healthcare is from OU and I graduated in 2021. I wanted to teach and a masters degree is required.
