Background

I joined John Carroll as a full-time visiting faculty member after retiring from IBM in 2021. I spent the majority of my 26 years at IBM in their Business Consulting & Services group. My industry specialization was healthcare and my clients were academic medical research centers, health insurance companies and large pharma organizations.

Prior to IBM, I worked for KPMG and Price-Waterhouse Coopers (PwC) in their management consulting practices across a variety of industry areas, such as K-12 education, telecommunications and retail. Prior to joining John Carroll, I was on the faculty of several other institutions of higher education where I taught part-time in their masters programs.

I am now part-time status here at John Carroll teaching in MCDS.
