Background

Dr. Lim is a native of Cambodia. He has taught at John Carroll University since 2013. Before coming to John Carroll, Dr. Lim used to work as a bank treasurer at ANZ Bank Cambodia and a research intern at the United Nations Department of Economic and Social Affairs in New York City.
