Early Action is John Carroll's non-binding early application plan. Submit your application by November 1 and you will hear back before winter break, with no obligation to commit until May 1.
Why apply Early Action?
Early Action gives you useful information sooner while keeping your college decision completely yours. There is no binding commitment and no application fee.
Applying Early Action means you are considered for all available scholarships, programs, and honors opportunities. Some of these opportunities may close after the November 1 deadline, so applying early keeps every option open.

How Early Action works

Your admission decision is released before winter break, so you have an answer earlier in your senior year.

Do I need to enroll before May 1?
No. Early Action does not require an earlier enrollment commitment. May 1 is the date to decide where you will enroll.
Is John Carroll test-optional?
