About the Fair
Each fall, the John Carroll University Tech & Vendor Fair brings the campus community together to discover the latest technology, products, and services supporting teaching, learning, research, and campus operations.
As one of our preferred technology partners, you’ll connect face-to-face with the people who evaluate, recommend, and use these solutions every day — the technology leaders, support staff, and decision-makers from across the University. It’s a single afternoon of direct conversations, product demonstrations, and relationship-building with an audience that’s genuinely in the market for what you offer. The fair welcomes approximately 500 attendees.

- Date: Thursday, September 10, 2026
- Time: 1:00–4:00 p.m.
- Location: AWE Center, John Carroll University, University Heights, OH
- Admission: Free — no registration required for attendees
- Lunch: Provided for all vendor representatives
Exhibit With Us
Exhibit space is limited and offered on a first-come basis to our preferred vendors. To reserve your space, complete the vendor registration form by Thursday, August 27, 2026. Space fills quickly, so we encourage you to register early.
When you register, please let us know:
- The number of representatives attending from your organization
- Any dietary restrictions or special accommodations
Become a Sponsor
Want to stand out? You can opt in to sponsorship right on the vendor registration form — just select “Yes” when you register. Sponsoring vendors receive prime booth placement, two 6-foot tables, prominent logo placement on event materials, and branding throughout the fair.
