- Hi, my name is Sarah Hastings.
- I’m a senior this year.
- Looking back at my time at John Carroll, I’m grateful to have had the opportunity to take Dr. Clark’s Inside Out class.
- This is a class we take alongside incarcerated women at the prison in downtown Cleveland.
- This class not only taught me the importance of advocating for others, but also listening with intention and meeting people where they’re at.
- This showed up a lot in my role as a Navigator this year, as I was able to meet a lot of incoming freshmen, but also work with a lot of people across campus that I hadn’t worked with before.
