Developing Critical Business Mindsets

At JCU, we believe inspired business leadership goes beyond developing skills across functional areas. Today’s leaders are driven by more than profit; they also want to do what’s right for humanity and the environment. The Boler MBA integrates four critical mindsets across the curriculum:

Ethical Mindset

Learn the nuances between legal and moral factors — and how to lead with empathy and kindness.

Systems Mindset

Discover how everything is interconnected — how one human action can impact current and future generations.

Innovation Mindset

Be curious, constructive, creative, and fearless. Solve problems by being collaborative and inclusive.

Dynamic Mindset

Embrace disruption and perpetual change in all of its forms: new tech, new methods, new ideas.

Convenient Schedule

Take evening required classes on campus with online electives and summer courses. And take the time you need — find a completion track that meets your needs, from 12 to 36 months.

Customizable Curriculum

You can choose from 9 MBA concentrations: communications, economics, finance, healthcare administration, international business, management, marketing, nonprofit administration, and sports management.
