The Office of the Registrar is the official source for all student academic records and provides academic services for faculty and students. Other functions handled by the JCU Registrar’s Office include the publication of semester course offerings and final examination schedules, grade reporting, and classroom scheduling.
We encourage completion of the FAFSA as soon as you are able. Priority deadline for the 2025-2026 school year is January 15th. Our office will begin sending awards to families soon after the FAFSA information is received by John Carroll University. We will continue to accept FAFSA results and award financial aid throughout the spring.
