John Carroll University's Boler College of Business has once again earned national recognition, with its Boler Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) program named among The Princeton Review's Best On-Campus MBA Programs for 2027.
The distinction places John Carroll among 208 business schools nationwide selected for inclusion in The Princeton Review's annual list, which recognizes MBA programs that demonstrate excellence in academics, career preparation, faculty, and student experience.
The 2027 list was developed using data collected through surveys of business school administrators in 2025 and 2026, as well as feedback from more than 24,250 MBA students enrolled in programs from across the country. More than 60 data points, including academic offerings, career outcomes, faculty training and credentials, technology, and graduation rates, were evaluated to determine which schools were selected for recognition.

Designed specifically for recent graduates, John Carroll's Boler MBA program offers in-depth experiential learning across all functional areas of business, as well as opportunities to strengthen professional skills in communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving. The program also offers the option to use elective courses to form a concentration in one of nine different areas.
Throughout the program, students gain practical experience solving real-world business challenges while collaborating with local business and community leaders, JCU alumni, and industry experts who provide real-world projects, case studies, coaching, and mentoring in and out of the classroom. MBA coursework is grounded in topics such as ethical leadership, strategic decision-making, and organizational behavior, which equips students with the knowledge and leadership skills needed to navigate today's rapidly changing business environment.
Current MBA student Mariya Mamman ’28 said the program has helped prepare her to make a greater impact in her career.
“I am constantly surprised by just how much I keep learning over the course of the Boler MBA program,” said Mamman. “My worldview continues to be shaped far beyond my bachelor's degree, opening my eyes to the different necessary pieces of the business world. The Princeton Review does not rank all selected MBA programs from first to last. Instead, it identifies schools that meet its standards for excellence and publishes specialized ranking lists highlighting top-performing programs in specific categories.
