You’ll need to log in to your myJCU Gateway to electronically submit your Reply to Offer of Admission Form and pay the $300 deposit online. Not sure how to access your myJCU Gateway? See the next two FAQs.
For international students only: Be sure to submit your Financial Guarantee Form prior to completing your Reply to Offer of Admission Form and paying your $300 deposit.
You'll need to activate your JCU Campus Network account in order to log in to your JCU Gateway (if you haven't already). Reference the email that was sent to you with a subject of "Admission Decision Status Update Posted' to find your Campus Network ID and Reset PIN. Then visit our Self-Service Password change site at password.jcu.edu with these credentials to establish your account password and activate your account.

You can enroll yourself by logging in to your myJCU Gateway and submitting your Reply to Offer of Admission Form and $300 deposit online.
You can also download and print the Reply to Offer of Admission Form form if you would prefer to mail a check or if a parent or guardian would like to submit the deposit for you.
Please include both the check and the completed form in the same envelope if you're confirming your enrollment by mail. Deposits sent by mail must be postmarked on or before May 1, 2024, for first-year students.
