Description: Canvas Commons is a learning repository that enables educators to find, import, and share resources. This session will demonstrate how Commons can be used to share learning resources with other users, as well as import learning resources into your Canvas courses. This session will include a brief discussion of the current copyright policy in place at JCU and how faculty can use library materials under copyright, especially digital materials, in class. The session will end with a demonstration of how Commons was used to share resources among Speech Communication faculty this semester.
