This year one person -- Abby Curtin -- won both awards given by John Carroll's history department. Abby, who is going on to study public history at Indiana University-Purdue University, was the obvious recipient of the Outstanding Senior Award the Women Historians of Greater Cleveland Award. The accomplishment is all the more remarkable considering that the graduating class in the history department in 2012 is extremely strong and deep. Congratulations, Abby!
