At Kent State University, she taught global management, and at Cleveland State University, she taught international business.
Research
Dr. Russell’s research is in the domain of marketing, small business ethics, and international business. She is especially interested in exploring the ethical factors that affect the ethical behaviors in small businesses from a cross-cultural perspective.
Additional Information
Dr. Russell received a Doctor of Business Administration (D.B.A) and Master of Business Administration (M.B.A) from Cleveland State University. She also received a BS in computer science and applied mathematics from the University at Albany and is a certified project manager through the Project Management Institute. Prior to joining academia full-time, she spent over 20 years in the healthcare Industry.
