Free Membership

As a benefit to all employees, John Carroll University offers free membership to our recreation center.  This includes access to a state of the art fitness center, basketball and tennis courts, functional fitness area, indoor pool, and a variety of group fitness classes.

JCU Fit (Fitness, Involvement, Total Well-Being)

JCU Fit is John Carroll University’s Employee Wellness Program! JCU Fit aspires to increase employee awareness and enthusiasm about the relationship between lifestyle and health. We seek to engage and empower employees to make healthy choices that produce tangible and sustainable improvements in their health, reduce health-related costs, and enhance total well-being.

Program Description

IMPACT Solutions is an Employee Assistance & Work/Life Program (EAP) offering counseling, training, organizational development and much more.

This employer-paid benefit offers confidential support to you and your household members, dependents living away from home, parents & parents-in-law.  Your EAP can help you reduce stress, improve mental health, and make life easier by connecting you to the right information, resources, and referrals. 

IMPACT Solutions covers a wide spectrum of personal and work-related challenges and daily living matters including stress/family issues, depression, anxiety, substance abuse, legal and financial pressures, child and elder-care needs, and other commonly experienced concerns.
