JCU Facilities Scheduling is part of Auxiliary Services under the Assistant VP of Facilities. The offices are located in the Administration Building (Garden Level).

Facilities Scheduling coordinates the use of campus facilities with Housekeeping, Food Service, Maintenance, Grounds, Campus Safety Service and all concerned.  The group keeps an accurate calendar of on-campus events and provides appropriate facilities to meet the needs of the JCU community. This group also works with campus organizations and departments to prepare for special events including Commencement, Alumni Weekend, Homecoming, Parent’s Weekend and  Relay for Life by arranging for  all of their rental and set-up needs. They coordinate with Residence Life and Athletics on the use of our facilities by outside groups, summer camps & programs.

John Carroll Facilities can be used by Faculty/ Staff and external parties.  A Facilities Use contract is required along with insurance.  Here is the Facilities Use contract for reference.
