Using the form, Supervisors indicate which Banner Admin Page area(s) the user will need access to, or if a user’s Banner Access should be removed (as in the case of a user switching to a new role). 

Once submitted, the form will be routed for review and set up.  If a University Data Steward denies access, they must provide a reason for their decision, which will be shared with the Supervisor and the user.

NOTE: If granting the request will potentially give the user access to any Student data, they must complete FERPA training before any access is set up.  Michelle Reynard will sign off once FERPA training has been completed.

After set up is complete, the ITS Enterprise Apps team will conduct general Banner training.  Please note additional Departmental training in the specific Banner processes used in that role will still be needed.
